POLICIES AND PROJECT COMPLETION PROCESS

In an effort to better serve our Clients, Staff, and Leadership Team we have made the following updates to our Policy and Process effective immediately:

PROJECT TIMELINE:

All new projects and/or current projects that have not started will have a specified timeline, according to the details of the project, but not to exceed a 2 week period after start date unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

All current and/or pre-existing projects in process will also have a timeline, as specified by TKI Design and Printing according to the details of the project, but not to exceed a 2 week period from the date of this notification, May 19, 2020. 

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client is responsible for responding and/or providing all necessary information timely in an effort to allow TKI Design and Printing the ability to complete the project according to the timeline specified. Client will also be responsible for the following:

PROVIDING INFORMATION:

New Clients: Client will provide all necessary information prior to project start date being assigned. Start date will be determined by TKI Design and Printing during the preliminary communication with client after capturing all details necessary to prepare a quote. 

Current Clients/Projects: Providing all necessary information to complete the current project within the specified timeline, not to exceed 1 week from the date of this notification – May 19, 2020. 

Incomplete Projects: All incomplete projects started prior 2019 will not automatically carry over as a current project. Due to the changes in our system and pricing we can no longer honor prices quoted prior to 2019. Any client wanting to continue or restart a project with an initial quote prior to 2019 will be brought on as a New Client (refer to New Clients Section under Client Responsibilities for more details). All other Policy Sections will be enforced as applicable.

DEPOSIT: 

Client will be responsible for a deposit in the amount of 50% of the total cost of the project which will be deducted from the final balance. Deposit will be due prior to the start date being assigned. Final balance will be due upon completion of project. Failure to meet the start date will forfeit any deposit amount and require Client’s project to be rescheduled. 

 A rescheduling fee will also be required as specified in the “Rescheduling Fee” section. Any deposits paid are non-refundable. 

CLIENT RESPONSES AND APPROVALS: 

Responses: Once project has begun client will be responsible for responding to each request sent by TKI Design and Printing, via FB Messenger, email, phone, or any other platform of communication used to communicate with client,  in a prompt manner, not to exceed more than 3 hours but also according to the urgency of the request. 

Approvals: Once the project has begun client will be responsible for responding to each approval request sent by TKI Design and Printing, via FB Messenger, email, phone, or any other platform of communication used to communicate with client, within 12 hours of delivery of approval request, depending on project type. 

TIMELINE SAFEGUARDS:

The following timeline safeguards are set in place to help to streamline and expedite the specified project, provide our staffing with a more efficient project completion process, in an effort to provide better quality service, experiences and end products to our clients.

Start Date Rescheduling: Once a start date has been established and assigned, if changed within the first 72 hours no penalty will apply. If Client decides to change the start date after the 72 hour grace period a “Rescheduling Fee” will apply as specified in the “Rescheduling Fee” section.

RESCHEDULING FEES: 

Start Date: To reschedule start date a fee in the amount of 10% of the project’s total cost will be required. Rescheduling is at the discretion of TKI Design and Printing, its staff and/or partners. In an effort to provide the best quality service to our clients rescheduling is not guaranteed. All deposits are non-refundable.

Completion Date: To extend the project timeline, what we label as “Rescheduling the Completion Date,” Client will be responsible for a fee in the amount of 50% of the project’s total cost. This fee is in addition to any final payments that still remain unpaid. Project extensions are at the sole discretion of TKI Design and Printing, its staff and/or partners. TKI Design and Printing offers no guarantee that projects will be extended, and in an effort to ensure quality and prompt service to all clients this will be determined on a case by case basis. In the event TKI Design and Printing determines rescheduling client’s project is not an option, client will be provided with all work completed to that point and will not hold TKI Design and Printing liable for any incomplete work regarding the project. No refunds will be given for any payments made.

Late Responses/Approvals: Late Responses and/or Approvals caused by Client that causes the project to fail to be completed by the specified completion date will fall under the guidelines outlined in the Rescheduling Fees Section, Completion Date section.
