TERMS AND RESTRICTIONS
*All offers only good while available. Offer redeemable for 90 Days after purchase. No Refunds issued once payment has been processed. For all offers that included design work, design must be approved by client prior to submission for printing. Timeframes of design work, printing and shipping varies based on offer selected, type of design, printer of choice, and shipping location. Once design has been approved and submitted for printing no changes will be allowed. By approving design work client is solely responsible for ensuring that design is accurate and acceptable therefore, no refunds will be issued for errors in finished printed product after approval has been issued. For each offer the scope of work is as listed in the additional restrictions below and any additional request may be honored by TKI Design and Printing at a rate of $40.00/hour with a one-hour starting minimum and billed at $20 per every additional 30 minutes.
The following additional restrictions apply per offer:
- Day #1 offer includes 250 Raised Foil Business Cards designed and printed. Printing is conducted through our printer of choice. Design includes 1 concept, and up to 3 revisions. Business Card Design will be two-sided with logo on one side and information on the other side.
- Day #2 offer includes 1 Logo Design with 2 concepts and 2 revisions, Source and Final Files provided (extensions included are at discretion of TKI Design and Printing and Designer). Additional concepts will be billed at regular Logo price of $350.00 and will include 2 concepts and up to 3 revisions.
- Day #3 offer includeds a One-Page Scrolling Website with Woocommerce Setup. Scrolling website will include 5-7 sections. One Licensed image will be provided by TKI Design and Printing for Header of Website. Additional Licensedimages for each section can be provided at an addtional cost of $5/ea and includes any editing and optimization necessary. If client chooses to provide their own images, images must be edited and optimized to 300kb or less for website. TKI Design and Printing can provide editing or optimization of images at an additional cost as listed above in the general terms.
- Day #4 includes Printed Retractable Banner with Custom Design. Printing is conducted through our printer of choice. Design includes 1 concept, and up to 3 revisions. Retractable Banner Stands are aluminum with a 10 mil indoor premium vinyl banner. They come packed in a small bag.
- Day #5 includes 1 Book Cover Design with 2 concepts and 2 revisions. Book cover design includes front design with licensed image and back cover design. Licensed image provided at the discretion of designer and through stock photo Vendor of designer’s choice. Client has option to provide their own image but image must be a vector file and print quality. Bar code and ISBN are not include. Assistance with acquiring Barcode and ISBN Number can be included for an additional cost to be quoted at request of client.
- Day #6 includes 9ft Outdoor Teardrop Flag Banner with design and printing included. Printing is conducted through our printer of choice. Design includes 1 concept, and up to 3 revisions. Concept will include company logo (if provided), color background to match branding and text (text is limited to amount of characters that will fit within printable area). Client has choice of flag hardware, choices being one of the following; Indoor Cross Base or Outdoor Ground Stake.
- Day #7 includes Social Media Banner Design. Design includes 1 concept, and up to 3 revisions. Concept will include company logo (if provided), colors to match branding (if client provides specific branding color codes these can be utilized, however if client does not provide branding color codes then colors will be matched at designer’s discretion. Final approval remains client’s responsibility.) Banner size will be determined by client’s choice of social media platform that they choose to have the banner created for. Once a social media platform has been selected and design work has begun changes to the social media banner will result in an additional charge of $40 to restart the design process. If 40% or more of the design work has been completed the client will then forfeit the work completed thus far and an additional charge of $150.00 (or the current sales price whichever is greater) to restart the design process. Social Media platforms included are Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Pintrest. Custom dimensions can be accomodated. Design will be created at 72 DPI.
- Day #8 includes 1000 Full Color Double Sided Flyers Printed. Printing is conducted through our printer of choice. Design includes 1 concept, and up to 3 revisions. Concept will include company logo (if provided), color background to match branding, text (text is limited to amount of characters that will fit within printable area), and 1 Licensed Image. Licensed image provided at the discretion of designer and through stock photo Vendor of designer’s choice. Design printed on 70lb, 80lb, or 100lb Gloss Text Paper with Aqueous Coating as made available by the printer of choice. Design size will be 8.5 x 11. Client will be required to approve design concept prior to designer beginning project. Once approved and design work has begun, if client desires to changes the design concept an additional charge of $199.00 will be required. If 40% or more of the design work has been completed the client will forfeit the work completed thus far and an additional charge of $320.00 (or the current sales price whichever is greater) will be required to restart the design process. Restarting design process is at the discretion of TKI Design and Printing.
- Day #9 includes Flyer Design only. Design includes 1 concept, and up to 3 revisions. Concept will include company logo (if provided), color background to match branding, text (text is limited to amount of characters that will fit within printable area), and 1 Licensed Image. Licensed image provided at the discretion of designer and through stock photo Vendor of designer’s choice. Design created according to the dimensions specified by client. Design can be made print ready or website ready if specified by client. If not specified design will be created at 300 DPI. Client will be required to approve design concept prior to designer beginning project. Once approved and design work has begun, if client desires to change the design concept an additional charge of $55.00 will be required. If 40% or more of the design work has been completed the client will forfeit the work completed thus far and an additional charge of $160.00 (or the current sales price whichever is greater) will be required to restart the design process. Restarting design process is at the discretion of TKI Design and Printing.
- Day #10 includes 1000 Tri-Fold Brochures Printed with Design included. Printing is conducted through our printer of choice. Design includes 1 concept, and up to 3 revisions. Concept will include company logo (if provided), color background to match branding, text (text is limited to amount of characters that will fit within printable area), and 1 Licensed Image. Licensed image provided at the discretion of designer and through stock photo Vendor of designer’s choice. Design printed on 70lb, 80lb, or 100lb Gloss Text Paper with Aqueous Coating as made available by the printer of choice. Design size will be 8.5 x 11. Client will be required to approve design concept prior to designer beginning project. Once approved and design work has begun, if client desires to changes the design concept an additional charge of $299.00 will be required. If 40% or more of the design work has been completed the client will forfeit the work completed thus far and an additional charge of $480.00 (or the current sales price whichever is greater) will be required to restart the design process. Restarting design process is at the discretion of TKI Design and Printing.
- Day #11 includes 1 Book Advertisement Mockup. Design includes 1 concept, and up to 3 revisions. Concept will include image of book (if provided), white or color background to match branding, text (text is limited to amount of characters that will fit within printable area), and 1 Licensed Image. Licensed image provided at the discretion of designer and through stock photo Vendor of designer’s choice. Client will be required to approve design concept prior to designer beginning project. Once approved and design work has begun, if client desires to change the design concept an additional charge of $45.00 will be required. If 40% or more of the design work has been completed the client will forfeit the work completed thus far and an additional charge of $125.00 (or the current sales price whichever is greater) will be required to restart the design process. Restarting design process is at the discretion of TKI Design and Printing.
- Day #12 includes customers choice of any of the previous offers. Utilize this day to pick up an offer that you may have missed previously plus 1 hour of branding consultation with a member of TKI Design and Printing. Terms for each offer still apply and are listed above.
